OVERVIEW
The course provides both a conceptual and practical knowledge of what and how HR in the modern organization evolves. It includes theoretical framework for the development and evaluation of HR concepts, strategies, policies principles and practices. This will enable the graduates to have the skills in development and management of individuals in line with their key responsibility areas and to make themselves also an indispensable resource in the future who can ensure their hundred percent contributions towards the organization.
